2024 Active Lawsuit

Here’s what I gathered of the lawsuit from the PFFO Board meeting 11/20/24.
- makes no difference if you opt in or out. OSFA does have a template out if you want to use it to opt out.
- this is not a 2 system lawsuit(no different rules for those who opted in or out)
- what ever the ruling is the losing side will appeal which could take who know how long
